At Opula Collection, we take immense pride in the artistry and craftsmanship of our products. Every item is subjected to a rigorous quality control process before it is cleared for dispatch. To honor our commitment to excellence, we offer a limited warranty on all authentic Opula products.

1. OUR COMMITMENT

We stand behind the integrity of our materials and workmanship. Opula Collection provides a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase on all footwear and apparel.

2. WHAT IS COVERED

This warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing, including:

  • Structural failures (e.g., sole separation on footwear).

  • Hardware malfunctions (e.g., broken zippers or luxury snaps).

  • Faulty stitching or seams that occur under normal use.

3. WHAT IS NOT COVERED

To maintain the lifespan of your luxury pieces, proper care is essential. Our warranty does not cover:

  • Natural Wear & Tear: The gradual aging of leather, minor scuffing on soles, or the natural "creasing" of high-grade leather over time.

  • Improper Care: Damage caused by exposure to extreme weather, unauthorized repairs, or cleaning with harsh chemicals not recommended for fine leather or delicate fabrics.

  • Accidental Damage: Tears, scratches, or stains caused by the wearer.

  • Standard Soft Goods: For hygiene and nature-of-use reasons, socks and intimate apparel are excluded from this warranty.

4. THE WARRANTY PROCESS

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact our Concierge Team to initiate a Quality Review.

  1. Submission: Email concierge@opulacollection.com with your order number and clear photographs highlighting the area of concern.

  2. Assessment: Our quality team will review the images and, if necessary, request the item be sent to our studio for a physical inspection.

  3. Resolution: If a defect is confirmed, we will—at our discretion—repair the item to its original standard, replace it with a new unit, or provide a digital gift card for the full purchase value if the item is out of stock.

5. CARE ADVICE

Luxury items require intentional care. We recommend rotating your footwear to allow the leather to breathe and using a professional leather conditioner every 3–6 months to maintain the suppleness of your Italian-made sneakers.
