At OPULA COLLECTION, every order is handled with precision and care. This policy outlines our shipping practices and the conditions under which returns or exchanges may be accepted.

SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays

  • During high-volume periods or collection launches, processing times may be extended

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Destinations

OPULA COLLECTION ships domestically within the United States and to select international destinations. Availability may vary by region.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and carrier:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after shipment

  • International: 7–21 business days after shipment, depending on destination and customs clearance

OPULA COLLECTION is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our control.

Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not included in the purchase price unless stated otherwise.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and ownership transfer to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

RETURN POLICY

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Limited edition or special release items

  • Customized or altered products

  • Accessories such as jewelry, headwear, or intimate items (where applicable)

Return Method

Approved returns will be issued as:

  • Store credit, or

  • Exchange, where applicable

Refunds to the original payment method are not guaranteed and are issued at OPULA COLLECTION’s discretion.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability and must meet all return eligibility requirements.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery

  • Only size or color exchanges of the same item may be approved

  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, store credit will be issued

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact Client Services with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • Photos of the item (if applicable)

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective or shipped in error

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as OPULA COLLECTION is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify Client Services within 48 hours of delivery. Approved claims will be handled in accordance with our Warranty Policy.

POLICY UPDATES

OPULA COLLECTION reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
